In odd-numbered years, a workshop for young geotechnical engineers is organized and held by the DGGT office and the members of the Young DGGT Working Group.
The workshop deals with challenges, opportunities and perspectives when starting a career in geotechnics and addresses students, young engineers and representatives of construction companies, authorities and research institutions alike. While lectures and discussions focus on the exchange of experiences and expectations, numerous of our Associate Members (AOM) offer information on career entry or internships at the affiliated contact exchange.
